Should the product be damaged because of shipping or contain a manufacturing defect, JesusandJournalsStationery offers a free replacement If you contact us within 15 days of product delivery. In order to qualify for a refund, please provide us with video or photo evidence of the damaged product or manufacturing defect. Please also provide us with proof of purchase. If there is more than one damaged product, please include ALL of the damaged products in the video or photo evidence. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.
Should your order be cancelled JesusandJournalsStationery will inform you whether it is possible to receive a full or partial refund.
